Karbor, Gioiello and Solitario come from the same landscape of water and the same care in the field. Each carries a distinctive voice; today, they reach the table along different paths.
At Podere Prati Breja, quantities remain deliberately limited: selection, time and care cannot be compressed. Karbor is the rice currently available to purchase and for professional supply. Gioiello and Solitario continue within the exclusive RisiPreziosi supply chain.
One origin
Three distinctive characters.
Three rice varieties from the same landscape, each recognisable through a different expression in the kitchen: mantecatura — the final off-heat finishing of risotto — aromatic depth and texture.
Gioiello
Wholegrain black rice, aromatic and deep in character. It brings natural colour, fragrance and a distinctive texture to the plate.
Solitario
Wholegrain red rice, firm and substantial. The grain remains the focus in both hot and cold preparations.
