Karbor, Gioiello and Solitario come from the same landscape of water and the same care in the field. Each carries a distinctive voice; today, they reach the table along different paths.
RisiPreziosi rice is deliberately grown in limited quantities: quality, selection and time all call for a considered scale. Karbor, now available on Amazon.it, is no exception; it does not follow a high-volume model. Gioiello and Solitario are reserved for the dedicated RisiPreziosi supply chain.
One origin
Three distinctive characters.
Not three variations on a single ingredient, but three rice varieties, each with a different expression in the kitchen: mantecatura — the final off-heat finishing of risotto — aromatic depth and texture.
Gioiello
Wholegrain black rice, aromatic and deep in character. It brings natural colour, fragrance and a distinctive texture to the plate.
Solitario
Wholegrain red rice, firm and substantial. The grain remains the focus in both hot and cold preparations.
