These terms govern access to and use of the RisiPreziosi website, which presents Podere Prati Breja, its rice and the agricultural work behind it. By using the website, users agree to comply with these terms and applicable law.

1. Website operator and contact details

The website is operated by Aina Roberto e Federico Società Agricola S.S., which operates under the RisiPreziosi brand at Podere Prati Breja.

2. Nature of the website

The website has informational, editorial and professional presentation purposes. It describes the identity of RisiPreziosi, the history and environment of Podere Prati Breja, the characteristics of its rice and the ways to contact the business.

At present, the Shopify catalogue contains no products available for purchase and the website does not offer a Shopify sales or payment journey. Merely browsing the website does not conclude a purchase contract with RisiPreziosi.

3. Purchases on Amazon.it

Links for purchasing Karbor lead to Amazon.it, an external service. In the offer currently linked from the website, the seller shown is RisiPreziosi Aina Società Agricola and fulfilment is handled by Amazon.

The purchase contract is concluded through Amazon with the seller identified in the offer; when checked on 27 August 2026, the offer showed RisiPreziosi Aina Società Agricola as the seller and Amazon as the party responsible for fulfilment. Price, availability, delivery, payment, customer service and returns are shown to the customer before the order; the terms applying to the individual offer and the information displayed on Amazon prevail in the event of subsequent changes.

Depending on the type of order and fulfilment service used, RisiPreziosi may access through Seller Central the details needed to manage the sale, customer service, any cancellation, claim, return or refund, and accounting, tax and regulatory obligations. Amazon and Aina Roberto e Federico Società Agricola S.S. process data in their respective roles as independent controllers. Data made available to the seller is not used for independent marketing or contact unrelated to the purchase. Further details are provided in the RisiPreziosi privacy notice.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law or the protections applying to a purchase concluded on Amazon.

4. Shopify and Enhanced Services

The website is hosted by Shopify. When a person visits the website or uses its functions, Shopify collects and processes personal data and technical information to provide, protect and improve the platform.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify therefore processes data relating to interactions with this website, with other merchants and with Shopify to provide, develop and improve Enhanced Services, including personalisation, analytics and advertising features. For these activities, Shopify acts as an independent controller, as described in its own privacy notice.

Information may be shared with Shopify, group companies, service providers and partners involved in providing the services, including parties located in countries other than the user’s country. Any access by individual merchants to interaction data depends on the Shopify services actually used and is described in Shopify’s notices.

5. Technical Shopify routes

Account sign-in links are disabled in the Shopify configuration and do not appear in the navigation; store credit and self-service returns and cancellations are also disabled. The platform keeps an account sign-in page and an empty cart page technically reachable through a direct address. These addresses are not the commercial journey promoted by RisiPreziosi and cannot be used to purchase products from the Shopify catalogue, which is empty.

Any voluntary use of Shopify functions is subject to the information displayed on the relevant screen, these terms and the applicable privacy notices.

6. Content and accuracy

The texts, photographs, films and documents present Podere Prati Breja with close attention to sources, agricultural practices and available evidence. Where appropriate, historical and natural history content distinguishes documented facts from cautious interpretation.

RisiPreziosi takes reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but information subject to change — such as availability, external platform services or operational details — should be checked in the context in which it is used. Website content is not a substitute for professional, medical, nutritional, agronomic or legal advice.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s texts, photographs, films, graphics, trade marks and editorial design are owned by the website operator or used under a valid right. Users may browse the website and share links to its pages for personal and informational purposes.

Reproducing, modifying, publishing, distributing or commercially using the content requires the operator’s prior consent, except where permitted by law. Historical documents and their transcriptions must not be altered or presented in a way that misrepresents their nature, provenance or meaning.

The website contains links to Amazon, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Opening these services is voluntary and takes users to platforms operated by third parties, which apply their own terms, privacy notices and settings.

RisiPreziosi selects links with care but does not control the availability, functions or subsequent changes of external platforms. This provision does not limit RisiPreziosi’s responsibility for content and links that it places directly on its own website where liability applies by law.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security or operation, circumvent protective measures, access data or restricted areas without authorisation, or use automated systems in a way that places an abnormal load on or harms the service.

10. Availability and liability

RisiPreziosi may update, suspend or change parts of the website for editorial, technical, security or legal reasons. Although reasonable care is taken, RisiPreziosi cannot guarantee that the website or external services will always be available or error-free.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, as do all mandatory consumer rights.

11. Applicable law and rights

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence and of the court having jurisdiction under mandatory rules. For other users, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with Italian law.
