Withdrawal from direct purchases

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within fourteen days of delivery. If one order is delivered in several parts, the period starts when the last item is received. Withdrawal may also be notified before delivery. Deadlines extend where required by law.

How to notify us

Use Withdrawal and returns: select the order and submit a cancellation or return request, confirming the requested details. You receive an email confirmation. You can also send an explicit statement to info@risipreziosi.com, certified email ainasocietaagricola@pec.it, or by post to Aina Roberto e Federico Società Agricola S.S., Cascina Prati Brea (S. Agabio) 24, 28100 Novara (NO), Italy. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Provide your name, order number, affected items and a confirmation contact. We can help arrange the return, but prior authorisation is not a condition for exercising the right.

Returning products and costs

Send products back without delay and within fourteen days of notifying us, to Aina Roberto e Federico Società Agricola S.S., Cascina Prati Brea (S. Agabio) 24, 28100 Novara (NO), Italy. For change-of-mind returns, the customer chooses and pays the carrier and bears direct return costs. We charge no restocking fee and do not deduct the initial delivery cost included in the product price.

Protect the packs during transport. Consumers are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the product’s nature and characteristics. Keeping the vacuum seal intact protects the rice. Food products are not subject to a blanket exclusion from withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund amounts due without delay and within fourteen days of withdrawal notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost to the consumer. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier. Payment providers’ processing times may apply after we process the refund.

Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming products

Contact info@risipreziosi.com with the order number and problem description. Photographs and the batch reference may help. We handle the request and any return costs according to statutory rights and remedies. Change-of-mind withdrawal is separate from the legal conformity guarantee, which remains unaffected. No notification deadline shorter than the statutory period is imposed.
