Destinations and cost

The RisiPreziosi shop ships Karbor formats from 3 to 300 kg within Italy. Delivery is included for every format, with no additional minimum order. The total is displayed before payment. International destinations are not offered for direct orders.

Preparation and handover to BRT

Podere Prati Breja prepares parcels and hands them to BRT within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Sunday orders are handed to the carrier on Monday.

This refers to dispatch from our premises. Subsequent delivery time depends on the destination and carrier service. Unless a different deadline is agreed, delivery to consumers takes place without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded.

Delivery and tracking

When an order is handed to the carrier, shipment references are supplied through email and the order page when available. For tracking assistance or delays, contact info@risipreziosi.com or +39 340 7322313. We inform you of significant delays and agree how to proceed, preserving statutory rights.

Check the address, street number and postal code before paying. Contact us immediately if you find an error; changes depend on shipment status. Check parcels on arrival and report damage to the carrier and to us, keeping photographs and packaging where possible. Failure to record a reservation with the carrier does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Amazon purchases

The single 1 kg pack is purchased on Amazon.it. Availability, charges and delivery dates shown on Amazon for the recipient’s address apply, including any Prime options.
